When I hear the word journaling I think of some sad dude writing down his feeling because a shrink told him to. However, its a lot more than just that. The possibilities of a gridded notebook dont require you to write your feelings down at all. So through the utilization of the Life Tracker System by Reysu we can make a stupid simple layout that allows us to not only track habits, but set monthly goals, reflect on our success, and generally keep metrics on our productivity.

Instructions:
Every month you do the monthly page, and inbetween you do one Daily Reflections a day. Super simple setup, nothing super fancy going on, its great. As a beginner I would say the Daily Reflections is the hard part due to the fact that you can do anything so heres a list of things you could write about: (You can mix and match)
The image at the top is my monthly setup and so far I only have 3 habits, and then 1 habit list which is numerical vs a shading in box. As you can I have 1 for utilizing my weekly planner, and then the other two are part of the 1:1:30 plan (Check out my productivity section to learn about that!). As for the numerical values I didnt know what to do so I just have my weight since im trying to bulk back up to 165. When I first got into journaling it was with the Bullet Journaling system but I didnt like how long it took to setup and quiet frankly as a 20 year old in college in Business I surley didnt need a planner so I kind of stopped and eventually got back into it as a idea book. Basically, it was just the daily reflections but for my crazy ideas. A core concept that Ive kept through all my journaling is writing what pen and ink combination im using for that day / formatting page.
