FeaturedProduction ops platform for Deeblane — Bring a Trailer consignment
Problem: 4 SaaS tools running a Bay Area consignment shop. No single source of truth. Fix: one platform, 15-stage pipeline, 4-tier roles, $3.15M tracked. Stack: Supabase auth + RLS, edge functions, Google Sheets sync, ApexCharts. Real app login-gated; link below is a fake-data clone of the UI.

FeaturedShop-ops platform for solo knifemaker — public site + full admin CMS
Problem: Wilfred (solo knifemaker, Huntsville AL) ran the shop on memory and spreadsheets — Instagram only, no way to take custom orders, no inventory. Fix: polecatknives.com — a public site where every section is editable, plus a phone-first admin for catalog, in-shop builds, build log, events, testimonials, a private clients tracker, materials with low-stock alerts, and print-ready invoices. Live since Blade Show 2026, still shipping: the Sept 2026 round made the whole site editable and added diff-based sync so his phone and laptop can edit at once without clobbering each other. Stack: Supabase Auth + RLS + Storage, iPhone HEIC auto-convert, 4-theme system, mobile-first, Vercel.

FeaturedE-bike shop curator + service site (pitch prototype)
Problem: Dana Point e-bike shop (Jason Spates) needed a pitch site + repositioning. Fix: 11-page static prototype built overnight. 31 bikes / 6 brands, 14 accessories, service-request flow, cart drawer, search modal — all from 2 data templates. Repositions "we make bikes" → "hand-picked + locally serviced". Designed to port to Shopify Liquid post-engagement.

FeaturedOne homepage, six liveries — a design system built from the club's brand package
Problem: Marin Car Club (collector-car storage + consignment, San Rafael) had a new brand package and no site that matched it. Fix: one homepage built six ways. Six liveries from the club's own palette (Gulf Sky, Heritage Blue, Gulf Orange), each wearing a different logo family and typeface, generated from a single base so a copy change lands in all six. Sections: hero, mission pillars, ten services with per-livery photo treatments, consignment process, join-the-club, visit. Scroll-reveal motion system and a contrast gate on every livery. Stack: static HTML/CSS/JS, Python variant generator, served as a showcase on this site.

Weekly events engine — 64 sources into one digest — plus a site prototype
Problem: Orange County Network's weekly events digest was hand-assembled and kept missing the niche stuff — Cars & Coffee, salsa nights, popups. Fix: a scraping engine that pulls 64 sources (city feeds, museums, venues, aggregators) into one weekly CSV under a locked seven-category taxonomy, with a per-source health report and new-source discovery on every run. One July run delivered 597 events with zero errors. Plus a prototype redesign of orangecountynetwork.com with the event finder built in, running on the engine's real data. Stack: Python, httpx + BeautifulSoup, Firecrawl for the stubborn sites, static HTML/JS front end.

Common questions
You talk to the person writing the code. AI does the grunt work, I do the thinking. Agency output without the agency bill.
1–3 weeks. You see progress every few days.
That's what the call is for. We find the bottleneck, then scope the fix.
No. Dashboards, websites, automations, internal software — anything custom. AI just makes me faster.
