FeaturedProduction ops platform for Deeblane — Bring a Trailer consignment
Problem: 4 SaaS tools running a Bay Area consignment shop. No single source of truth. Fix: one platform, 15-stage pipeline, 4-tier roles, $3.15M tracked. Stack: Supabase auth + RLS, edge functions, Google Sheets sync, ApexCharts. Real app login-gated; link below is a fake-data clone of the UI.

FeaturedShop-ops platform for solo knifemaker — public site + full admin CMS
Problem: Wilfred (solo knifemaker, Huntsville AL) ran his shop on memory + spreadsheets — Instagram-only, no way to take custom orders, no inventory tracking. Fix: full custom platform live at polecatknives.com — fully CMS-driven public site (18 editable homepage sections, editable nav + hero CTAs, dedicated Available Now shop feed) plus a Supabase-authed admin where Wilfred self-manages Catalog, In-Shop builds, Archive, Build Log, Events, Testimonials, Clients tracker (specs, materials, hours, money, timeline, blems, photos), and Materials inventory (+1/-1 quick-log, low-stock alerts) — all from his phone, plus print-ready PC-YYYY-#### invoices with PAID stamp. Stack: Supabase Auth (magic-link + password) + RLS, Supabase Storage with iPhone HEIC auto-convert + Cropper.js crop/zoom, typography picker, 4-theme system, mobile-first table-to-card responsive with 44×44px touch targets, full audit pass (a11y, SEO, security, voice scrub). Shipped live in time for Blade Show 2026.
Live
Motorcycle tire inventory tracker
Problem: Dunlop trackside crew logging tires on paper. Fix: mobile tire service app — grid entry, inventory, customer profiles, POs. Built and demoed live at an open track day in 20 minutes.

FeaturedE-bike shop curator + service site (pitch prototype)
Problem: Dana Point e-bike shop (Jason Spates) needed a pitch site + repositioning. Fix: 11-page static prototype built overnight. 31 bikes / 6 brands, 14 accessories, service-request flow, cart drawer, search modal — all from 2 data templates. Repositions "we make bikes" → "hand-picked + locally serviced". Designed to port to Shopify Liquid post-engagement.

End-to-end lead-gen + audit + outreach pipeline
Multi-agent system that takes a target market and produces hand-personalized cold outreach with a working software prototype attached — fully automated end-to-end. Hunts businesses, runs a 10-category digital-presence audit on each, generates a 1-of-1 pitch site at pitches.blakelike.com/{slug} (with a working prototype tailored to their actual gap), drafts a voice-checked email, and lands it in my Gmail drafts. I review and click Send — TIDE never auto-sends.

Faceless content pipeline — topic to published video, end to end
Topic + niche → finished short-form video. 7-stage pipeline: script → voiceover → image → video → thumbnail → composer → metadata. Pluggable video providers (Sora, Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Wavespeed). Local dashboard tracks every stage. Per-stage retry — failed video gen doesn't kill your script.

Common questions
You talk to the person writing the code. No junior devs, no account managers, no scope creep. AI does the grunt work — I do the thinking. Agency quality, fraction of the cost.
1–3 weeks. Discovery → spec → build → ship. Progress visible every few days. No internal back-and-forth slowing it down.
That's the discovery call. We surface the bottlenecks you've been tolerating, then scope the fix. Most people leave the call with a clear plan.
No. Dashboards, websites, automations, internal software — anything custom. AI is just leverage to ship faster. End product is real software, not chatbot wrappers.
We move on. Call is genuinely free. I only take projects I can deliver well — if yours isn't one, I'll say so.
